The formation of operating rooms to monitor elections

The Maat Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Studies, in cooperation with the One World Foundation for Development and the Human Development Association, established three central chambers to follow up on the 2008 local elections to ensure continuous communication with observers and to monitor what might happen violations and abuses.
