Maat Foundation condemned the economic sanctions resulting from the unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian Arab Republic, through its participation in the general discussion under item four of the agenda of the 55th session of the Human Rights Council, in addition to the crimes committed by armed groups that exacerbated the suffering of civilians in Syria.
