Such a huge gap between the announced official figures on the social and economic reality of the Egyptian citizen, which outlines the truth , and the fact that the real situation of Egyptians which is bad from the beginning , and summarizes the fact that the gap of social justice in Egypt, and reveal the sufferings of the Egyptians as a result of the absence of the social justice , which insured by the high rates of poverty and human deprivation, and increase the gap between rich and poor, and between geographical regions and each other. Within the framework of Maat Center for constitutional Studies and human rights with the case of social justice as a basis of the societal peace and human rights situation in Egypt ,and an important feature of human development, the Center issued its report on social justice, which carries the title Beware of the National Party justice: the lost social justice. The report points out that social justice has different dimensions of justice, including educational justice , health insurance justice, and justice in distribution of income , justice and equality in employment opportunities, housing and justice , and justice between generations with the conservation of the right of future generations in the community resources, and The report insure that those rights had been guaranteed by the Constitution and provided by the international legislation and charters. The report also dealt with the main cases discussed by the Fifth Annual Conference of the National Democratic Party , and the most important the case of social justice, and spotted the sharp contradictory between the remarks and statements by government officials and the national party about justice and the steady increase in the social injustices, which is monitored by the reports of various human rights and development . then the report introduced an analysis of the content of a sample of Egyptian newspapers and the national party and independent on the dealing with the issues of social justice, the various components during the time period observed by the report, and that this analysis are revealed the difference between national newspapers , and Partisan and independent newspaper from the other hand , in dealing with these issues and its trends toward it .
