Maat Foundation continues to receive statements on the Progress of the Presidential Election run-off Interventions of some Judges and Representatives of Candidates and forging by draft cards in favor of Morsi Clashes between Supporters of Morsi and Shafi

At 8:00am in the morning of Sunday, June 17, 2012 Proceedings of the second day of the presidential election run-off began between the two candidates, Mohamed Morsi, the candidate of Freedom and Justice Party and the independent candidate Ahmed Shafik. Since the early hours of the morning, operating room of Maat Foundation began to receive statements from members of the People's Committees who are carrying out follow-up in a group of Egyptian governorates. The most prominent observations and statements they received until 12:45pm are as follows: - General Outlooks 1. There are some violation of some judges and some of the staff of the committees to influence voters in favor of the candidate Mohamed Morsi, while there are attempts by some senior families and village mayors to direct the vote to the candidate, Ahmed Shafik 3. There are a draft cards in favor of Mohamed Morsi, and there are some draft papers in favor of also Shafiq. This requires an expanded investigation into Al-Amiria printing presses. Sharquia Governorate - • In Znkulon School Committee: We received a statement by the Judge: The President of the committee allowed the veiled women to enter and hindered the rest for voting • In Znkulon School Committee : One of the delegates of Mohamed Morsi was directing voters in the committee No 105 • In committee No. 31 in Kafr Aldnohia: One of the staff was seized with draft voting cards, for the candidate, Ahmed Shafiq. • In the committee No. 25,.26 of El Tegara School for Services in Hassan Saleh District: One of supporters of “Shafiq” was arrested for his propaganda in front of the committees. While, there is police report for "Amin Nessim El Awady of the Committee No. 23 at primary school in Bedwidh. He was seized by the army. • In Meniya El Kamh City: The undersecretary of Dr.Mohamed Morsi filed a report against officials of the committee No. 11 in the village of Al-Okda because the staff were directing the voters to vote for Ahmed Shafik • A number of draft cards in favor of the candidate Mohamed Morsi, in a number of committees. 24 draft cards were seized in favor of Mohamed Morsi and a report was filed in one of the committees. Four draft cards were also set in favor of Mohammed Morsi in another committee • The use of the veil in some of the fraud operations: Two veiled women were arrested, as they used fake cards. They were turned to the prosecution. • Agricultural Secondary School Committee in Zagazig: The presence of a car moving in the streets calling for citizens to cast their ballots in favor of Mohamed Morsi • In committee No. 4 of Ahmed Orabi school for boy: There were acts of violence and quarrels in front of the committee between the supporters of Ahmed Shafiq and Mohamed Morsi • In Agricultural Secondary Committee : They direct voters to vote for Mohamed Morsi • In Tolba Oweida School Committee: It did not open its doors until 9:30 am • In Committee No. 3 of the agricultural Secondary school: Guidance of voters by the judge (President of the committee) to vote for Mohamed Morsi Menoufia Governorate - • Agricultural Committee: - No admission to enter committees by proxies • Agricultural Committee: There was a complaint against a member of the Committee called Magda El Beh as she was one of the supporters of the candidate Ahmed Shafik. She was excluded from the Agricultural Committee and headed for the complaint to the President of the General Committee explaining that she did not make any violations or irregularities. She went already back to her work. • Donshway School Committee : A report was filed against one of the delegates of Mohamed Morsi for advocacy within the committee Qena and Luxor • In Committee No. 92 of Nageh Ragab School in Qus: There were 16 draft cards for voting to Mohamed Morsi and filed a formal report of the incident. • Committee No. 85 of Alaweidat School (Kherangah) : It did not open its doors till 9:30am • The Trading Technical Committee: : Allowing veiled women to vote without revealing their identity. • Esna Center - Village of Al-Nemsa – Village of Alaqraa Coast : The turnout was very weak and there was delay in opening some of the committees
