Maat for Peace, Development, and Human Rights, in collaboration with the Faculty of Economic Studies and Political Science at Alexandria University, organized a workshop titled "Combating Misinformation: How to Verify Information."
The workshop aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills to identify and analyze information on social media, as well as to uncover misinformation and verify facts using critical thinking through interactive activities. Additionally, it sought to raise awareness of the importance of media literacy to create a generation of young people with a sense of social responsibility and self-regulation.
