Maat Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights appreciates the efforts of the former Special Rapporteur, Mr. Ben Emerson, whose mandate ended in July 2017, and we wish success to Mrs. (Fionwala Nii Aoyi) in her new mission. Maat would like to point out some important and fundamental points related to combating terrorism and human rights considerations in light Visits by the Special Rapporteur and requested the visit already made to some other countries
