Maat association, as the only Arab association, participated in the second stage of the “Green Shift: Promoting Sustainable Practices and Lifestyle to The Youth” project, which was held from November 9 to November 17 in Malta, with the participation of a group of European organizations from different countries (Armenia, Greece, Malta, Slovenia, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Romania) in addition to Egypt.

The Green Shift Project, in its second stage, which was implemented in Malta under the title “From knowledge to action: implementing and advocating for green practices” aimed to train participants on the best sustainable green practices that can be adopted on a daily basis in addition to building their capabilities to create and lead advocacy campaigns to expand the adoption of sustainable practices and green shift trends in their local communities.
Notably, the "Green Shift" Project is funded by European Commission's Erasmus+ program, which aims to enhance youth’s understanding of sustainability and equip them with practical skills.
