They discussed the most important challenges facing the state of South Sudan in the human rights file, from the point of view of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights. They also addressed the most important obstacles facing the work of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, and came up with recommendations resulting from a simulation of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
