Foundation progress , Maat for Peace, Development, and Human Rights submits this report to monitor and analyze human rights situation, particularly, the right of peaceful assembly and of association in digital age. Especially with the challenges and obstacles facing Turkish civil society organizations, where "realist" civil society organizations and human rights activists face many forms of repression and attempts to stop their work.

The report uses a methodology based on the international obligations of Turkish government, by its ratification for a number of international instruments for the protection of human rights. In addition to compiling, collating and analyzing available information on the human rights situation Turkey, as well as communicating with a number of local activists and stakeholders, to prepare this report.
