The Daily Message for the International-Local Mission to Observe the Parliamentary Elections

The joint local international mission continued to follow up the electoral process in the governorates of the first phase, in which the run-off will take place on next Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as the governorates of the second phase.
In this context, the mission observed that some of the run-off candidates carried out some contradictory propaganda activities, including the distribution of material sums and meat to citizens in front of his polling station, from the candidate Khaled Muhammad Hassan, from the Minya city district. Also, there is a resurrection of the daily work of shader to sell meat by reducing the 50% from its regular price.
The mission also observed in Al-Buhaira governorate in the Mahmoudiya and Rahmaniyah constituencies that the candidate Bilal Hamid Nahali made a speech in front of the Ibn Al-Nafees mosque to urge the people to vote in the run-off, taking advantage of the gathering of voters during Friday prayers.
The mission also continued to monitor early electoral propaganda in the governorates of the second phase, where the candidate had organized Yunus Abdel Razek Farag, known as “Younis Farag” No. 1 bus symbol in the Burullus district in Kafr El-Shij, a football tournament in the village of Al-Aqula, affiliated to Bar Bahri, and distributed gifts to the winning teams in addition to the championship cup .
In Qalyubia Governorate, the mission observed the rise of the female candidate Iman Abdel Aziz, from the Al-Khanka district, especially holding an electoral conference in the estate, and then conducted several election rounds in the streets of the estate .
In the Menoufia Governorate, the mission observed that Samer Al-Talawy, a candidate who is in love with Egypt, distributed medals bearing his name and the lotus symbol.
In Tala, in the Menoufia governorate, it was observed that the candidate, Saeed Mahrous, held a meeting inside the “Toukh Dulka” church in the presence of some Christian clerics.
In Al-Sharqiyah Governorate, the mission observed that the candidate Atef Al-Sayed Ibrahim from the Hehya and Ibrahimiya constituency attended a ceremony in the Great Mosque in the village of Mahdia, affiliated to the Hehya Center, where he spoke in the religious evening about the tolerance of religions and the advancement of youth and pushing them to the forefront of the political scene, demanding the attendees to elect him
