Launching the Peace Makers and Development Forum for Youth Around the World
day November 4, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm Hotel Hilton Heliopolis In Hall C2.3 located at 1 El Shaheed Sayed Zakaria St., off El Orouba Road, Masaken Sheraton, Heliopolis.
The Peacemaker Forum is an initiative launched by youth groups from Africa, Europe, Asia and the Arab region under the umbrella of the International Alliance for Peace and Development in Geneva in order to organize and unify the efforts of young people and communicate their voices to decision-makers at the international, regional and national levels, and contribute to global peace policy-making and sustainable development.
During the conference, youth from 12 different countries will present youth initiatives and visions for implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (2030), on top of which is the Sixteenth Goal (On Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) Among its goals are the achievement of good governance, the fight against corruption and the reduction of violence, and the Forum's work strategy will be announced during the period (2020-2025).
It is worth noting that a number of representatives of embassies, international, regional and local organizations will participate in this conference, in addition to experts, media and journalists interested in sustainable development and youth support.
