Social media coordinator

Job Description:
  • Preparing and designing publications with attractive and interactive content that helps in developing the audience and customer base.
  • Dialogue with commentators and interested customers on social networking sites and respond to any inquiries from customers or followers.
  • Publishing and uploading the content of the Foundation's work and activities implemented within the framework of its programs and everything related to it on its social networks and websites
  • Working on developing the marketing strategy for the institution’s services provided by it or by its clients, which helps in raising the rates of follow-up and interaction with the relevant websites and pages.
  • Follow up the interaction movement on the various websites of the institution and what this includes from the study and analysis of what the customers and the following public care about
  • Provide reports on traffic and interactions with the websites and pages of the organization and subject to its supervision,
Knowledge, Skills, Behaviors, and Experience Required to apply for the job:
  • Have a university degree or equivalent; Preferably if it is related to marketing and media
  • Good knowledge of office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Availability of skills to work on video editing and graphic designs.
  • Practical experience in a networking or digital marketing coordinator position is preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
Administrative and financial procedures:
  • The applicant will undergo a probationary process for a maximum period of three months.
  • Salary determined on the basis of relevant experience.
