Within the framework of Maat for Peace, Development and Human Rights\u2019 interest in strengthening the roles of youth and civil society in confronting stereotypes about women and supporting fair cultural narratives of feminist issues in the Arab region, the association participates in the international training currently being held in Bu\u0219teni, Romania, within the activities of the \"FemRise\" project, Funded by the European Union, in partnership with five other international organizations from Portugal, Romania, Jordan, Tunisia and Lebanon.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

Maat team actively participates, by presenting experiences from the Arab regional context and highlighting the challenges facing women\u2019s issues in the prevailing culture, in addition to learning and exchanging new creative tools used to confront negative discourses about women.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It is worth noting that this training represents the second launch of the activities of the FemRise project, the steps of which will continue through subsequent stages implemented in multiple countries, with the aim of enabling societies to build a just and comprehensive feminist discourse.<\/div>\n
