Egypt underwent the universal periodic review twice, the first in February 2010, and the second in November 2014. The UPR process for Egypt in 2014 resulted in the submission of 300 recommendations to Egypt, from which the Egyptian state accepted (223) recommendations entirely, and accepted (24) recommendations in form.
