Maat for Peace, Development and Human Rights made an oral statement on the second item on the agenda of the 55th session of the Human Rights Council, where it condemned the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation authorities in Gaza since October 7, as well as crimes against civilians in Sudan at the hands of Rapid support forces. In turn, Maat recommended taking immediate measures to stop hostilities in the Gaza Strip and Sudan, and exerting pressure on countries that support the parties to the conflict with funds, arms, and equipment.
