Detention of the president - when the Arabic organizations defending the freedom

the issue of arrest and restrict the freedom of persons concern the thoughts of human rights organizations in the Third World, in view of the complexity of the issues of freedom of opinion and expression and the right of devolution of power, and it represents a violation of human rights in many cases, however, these things are not of concern to governments and regulations in this countries, but many of these regulations exercise detention and restriction of liberty against opponents without the right in most cases, it is surprised that completely reversed in the case of the request of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on charges of crimes against humanity in the territory of Darfur, and regulations to become a defender of the accused and they became rejecter of the issue of arrest and condemning it.As part of its attention and follow-up to the general issue of detention and the arrest of President Omar al-Bashir, in particular, Maat center for Juridical and constitutional studies issued a report on the trends and the treatment of the issue by the Egyptian press, under the title:“The prosecution of Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir over the Darfur crisis”The report talks about the beginnings of the case and its developments, and visioning of the situation in the province of Darfur and the ethnic and tribal structure there, as well as for the International Criminal Court and the historical stages it went through , as well as the positions of the political and human rights organizations of the issue.The report monitored the differences in the positions of the press concern the matter dealt with according to party affiliation and ideology, which affected on the dealing with the topic , and revealed that the national newspaper point of view about the subject very similar and tend to adopt a formal point of view to about the arrest of al-Bashir as he is still in power and enjoys immunity, and that this will lead to political instability in the region.While the varied orientations of party and independent newspapers about the arrest of Sudanese President between rejection and supporters, and between the differing views by the writers in the same newspaper, sometimes ideological backgrounds and political positions.Finally, the report revealed the extent of the discrepancy in the attitudes of Arab regimes to the issue of detention at the level of their citizens and at the level of Heads of State.
